The Minister In The Ministry

Your main responsibility is your steps to personal Christian growth.

If you aren’t in good spiritual condition, you are not going to be used as a vessel of honor to fulfill God’s will in the lives of others.

It is in your own best interest to live the life you are proclaiming and proclaim the life you are living.

There are two issues here:

Hypocrites preach one thing and live another.

People who lack love are having spiritual success in an area of their lives but won’t share it with their neighbors.

Ministerial Qualification

Every time Jesus starts living His life through a certain area of your life, it makes you qualified to start sharing it with others. As you start becoming what Jesus wants from you, you can honestly start giving Jesus the credit for it to those around you.

You have learned how to yield to Him in that area of your life. That means you are, at that point, trained on how to yield to Jesus in that area. You can, from then on, start training others how to yield to Jesus in that area of their lives. Jesus gave all this foundational Christian growth training to His disciples prior to their final ministerial assignment. That’s why they were so successful in their ministry.
