In Christianity, there are people who can teach you all about many things in the Bible. But, if you were to go be around them for awhile, you will soon see they don't live a lot of those things they teach. Jesus wants to work on your attitudes and character. He wants to help you with your relationships with yourself, other people, and Him. Then, as you get breakthroughs in various spiritual issues, He wants you to share those breakthroughs with those around you. He wants to give you blessings; and, He wants you to be a blessing to others. Plus, He wants you to be able to lead others into receiving blessings directly from Him.

Living the same Christian life, day after day, is taking advantage of Jesus’ power-life; but, it isn’t growing and maturing in it. If you get it, keep it, live it, and then stop there, you will have freedom from the things the devil and the world are trying to trap you in; But, you won’t get the benefits of what Jesus wants you to have. Freedom from bad things is wonderful; but, freedom to advance into the blessings, miracles, and gifts of God will still be missing. Letting Jesus remove all those wrong, bad, and evil things that have been hurting you is wonderful. But, letting Jesus fill you with right, good, and righteous things is awesome!

Jesus has so much more to offer you than just setting you free from the pain, the struggles, the addictions, and the temptations. He has blessings, miracles, supernatural manifestations, and spiritual gifts. As He works on your attitudes and character, you become much more trustworthy with the great things of God. You learn that the power and the abilities of God remain in Jesus. Rather than you just trying to become a better Christian, you learn how to become a yielded Christian. You start allowing Jesus to live His life through you. You allow Him to flow in you and through you to others.
