From time to time you will discover that you have special needs for resources to help you accomplish certain goals and meet certain needs. These resource-materials consist of studies and literature that help you and your friends add them to your other studies. They are to provide you with explanations about how to use the resources, and to help you in areas where you feel you or your friends need additional help. You can skip any of them, add them as additional studies, or stop your other studies and spend time with them for a while.

This series gives you studies that take a person all the way from being interested in Christianity and Jesus to materials for spiritual growth and Christian maturity. Once you lead someone to Jesus, you will have material and studies you can give them that take them on from there. There’s a study on “The Lord’s Prayer For Sharing Salvation,” “The Steps Into Salvation,” “After New Birth For Christians,” “Christian Fellowship” “Finding The Right Church,” “Developing Friendships,” “Praying The Psalms,” and “Books, Booklets, Prayers, Pamphlets, And Worksheets.” They are also available as material for your device or to print, so you can better share your breakthroughs with others. This material gets you ready for sharing with a friend. It is provided for you to use, to help a friend with getting their power life. It is a resource for you to study how to help someone become a Christian. It should be studied before you need to already be trained. Involve yourself in this study, so you will be ready when an opportunity comes your way.

Here is a little pamphlet you can give a friend, when they aren’t quite ready to pray with you. It gives a step-by-step, Biblical process of being born again. It isn’t a presentation explaining the benefits of salvation; that would be something you would have already done. It only gives them the steps for when they become ready to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior. There are times when a person isn’t quite ready to pray with you while you are talking to them. Becoming a Christian is just the beginning. Jesus has wonderful things He wants to do together with you and your friend. Jesus uses this material to help you lead your friend through a quick introduction into what they need to know next.

“Helping After New Birth as a Mentor” is the manual that goes with the pamphlet “After New Birth For Christians”. It helps you, the mentor, lead the new Christian into the next steps of spiritual growth.

This is material that helps you and your friends make sure you find people who will be a blessing and a spiritual help to you. Most Christians meet in some small group, some Christian organization, or a church. However, you may come in contact with Christians, as you go about your normal life. It is vital that you and your friends be able to evaluate these people, so you can decide how much of an influence you will allow them to have on you, and what kind of an influence you should have on them.

The second aspect of this series is to help you or your friends find a church that will provide you or them with spiritual support. There are all kinds of churches and all kinds of congregations. It is very important that you and your friends find the kind of people, congregation, and church that help you and them to continue to grow and mature spiritually. The best church for you, isn’t always the best church for your friend. But, they will need you to go with them, if it isn’t. You may have to make some sacrifices from time to time.

As you and your friends grow spiritually and start wanting to share some of the successes, miracles, healings, blessings, and breakthroughs with others, you and they may want to start developing special relationships with those around you. This material gives you and your friends a way to go about your normal day and start developing new friendships with other people.

If you and your friends want to help others, it is a matter of you having a special love and purpose in your heart to help them. However, this material helps you find those who need help and want help. Rather than just going about your day and ignoring the potential of developing friendships, you will be able to reach out to certain people and help them. Jesus will show you when to reach out, who to develop a friendship with, and what to say to them.

This material is vital to your and your friend’s relationship with God. Talking to Him and Him talking with you is a part of the three keys to all of Christianity--Ask, Seek, and Knock (Mat 7:7-11). This study helps you be able to understand not only how to talk to your heavenly Father, Jesus actually uses it to give you valuable information and examples for what to pray, how to pray, and when to pray.

David was a man after God’s own heart. His ability to pray was a work of art and an intimate communication with God. He would come to God with his problems and before the prayer was over, he would be praising God for the answer. God would respond to the beginning of David’s prayer and David would praise God because of the truths God had just given him.

We all have wounds. Many of these wounds have been shut off from God and even ourselves. God knows they are there; but, you and your friends have to give Him permission to deal with them. Time doesn’t heal; it just buries the problem and obscures its influence from your mind. Your heart is still damaged; but, after awhile you can’t pinpoint the location of the pain.

In this material, Jesus uses the Psalms to bring all the past and present wounds before God. Issue by issue they are being presented to God, so He can heal them. Every closed door is being opened and God is being invited in. A request is being made to God asking for healing for each damaged area. By the time the prayer is over, God has healed that area and has supplied miracles in its place. This is a good way for you and your friends to be blessed and healed, while learning how to better talk to your heavenly Father.

There are prayers that Jesus has helped others pray; they are presented under each verse and have expressed the issues from their heart. As they went down each verse, they read it and then Jesus helped them take the subject expressed and either put it in their own words or He helped them create a prayer on the same subject. You and your friends can do that too.

Use each verse, so Jesus could help you look down into your own heart. He will help you see what God was trying to deal with for that moment in David’s life. If you come back and go over the same verses at another time, Jesus would probably lead you into writing down different prayer issues.

This material mainly has to do with Jesus helping you and your friends get the heart concerns that are buried there and bring them out before God. When Jesus uses this procedure, it helps Him bring subjects expressed in the Psalms before you. It then encourages you to consider whether or not they express heart damage lodged in your heart. If you weren’t allowing Jesus to use the Psalms, you might not ever think about praying for that particular subject.

The words below each verse may or may not express your or your friend’s individual situation. However, you can still use the example to show you how to develop your own prayer. Feel free to use this material in any way that is helpful to you. Even if it is a source for you to disagree with, it has served a purpose. Let Jesus use it or help you create one of your own for each Psalm. You will most likely find this system to be a real blessing to you. Jesus can use it to help you pray and then allow God to talk back to you. Let Jesus heal, bless, and inspire you to a whole new method of prayer and meditation.
