Sometimes we can feel like God isn’t doing enough in our lives. Other times we can feel like He is asking us for too much control. The reason we have a hard time letting God do what He needs to do for us, sometimes, is because we haven’t allowed Him to explain to us WHY we need certain things from Him. Since God won’t force us to go the right way and do the right things, we have to be CONVINCED God’s way is the best way. That means Jesus is going to have to spend some quality time with us telling us WHY God wants to do various things the Bible tells us about. If we aren’t convinced, we aren’t going to yield to the Bible’s message.

Being able to hear Jesus’ voice through the Spirit to spirit connection you have with the Holy Spirit, is vital to all your spiritual and earthly success. Being able to spend time talking to and hearing from Jesus on Biblical issues will open your heart and mind to why you need all the Bible is trying to get you to yield to.

To get a clear channel of communication with Him will crowd out all other voices that are trying to explain to you why you SHOULDN’T go God’s way. Your doubts, fears, distrust, differing opinions, and misguided wishes keep you from having God’s best. But, the only way you are going to change your mind and get your heart healed is to be helped to see the benefits of Biblical truth. You will need to agree with God on what is best for you BEFORE you will be willing to make God’s changes.

Ask God to help you be able to spend some real quality time having a conversation with Jesus. Tell Him you want to hear the reasons for why you should yield to all the Biblical truth you are being exposed to. Let Him know you want to yield to His truths; but, you are struggling with some thoughts and ideas that are causing you to hesitate. Pray that God will help you start getting clarity on hearing Jesus’ voice over all other thoughts and arguments against Biblical truth.
