We can handle and work through problems that try to block us from reaching goals we deeply desire to reach. There have been a lot of obstacles you have faced as you attempted to get things you wanted. You did everything you possibly could do to breakthrough or go around anything that tried to prevent you from getting what you wanted. God wants you to have a desire like that for eternity. He wants you to view people’s opinions and evaluations of you that are against your activities with God to be obstacles that are trying to keep you from reaching your goals for eternity.

People don’t have the right to evaluate you unless their words agree with God and His Word. ANYONE who accuses, evaluates, or criticizes you in a manner that disagrees with God and His Word, lacks authority in your life. They don’t represent God Who is the FINAL authority in your heart. They represent Satan and the world’s evaluations.

Everyone who starts helping hurting people, gets criticized and sometimes abused, everyone!

All of the best people God has ever had have been mistreated, all of them! To belong to the best group of people you can possibly belong to means that you will have to experience this same treatment. Your credentials will be shown, when you get criticized falsely.

The approval and praise from God comes, when someone or some group speaks against you with lies. God raises you up to a higher level of maturity and opportunities for His blessings and work, when you finally get so involved with His work that you get criticized for it. He considers you to have grown to a greater level of value, when you are persecuted for doing what He has asked you to do.

Ask Jesus to help you see His persecutions and suffering as a great example of how you want to live. Pray that He will help you value His acceptance over the approval of people. Tell Him you want to grow to the next level of spiritual growth. Ask Him to give you the attitude of rejoicing, when people evaluate you falsely. Ask Him to help you reject any words that come from people that don’t agree with what God is telling you.
