We are being given the opportunity to get involved in the spiritual issues that are affecting our relationships, emotions, finances, and physical condition. By giving your life over to God’s control brings you into a place where God is able to provide supernatural power to work with Him on the issues of your life. Rather than just spending all your time begging God to help you with your problems, you are able to join Him in the work. Gradually God starts to answer various prayers you pray by empowering you to work with Him on your problems. You begin to pray the prayer of faith and God encourages you to then take actions based on that faith.

God gives you ideas and plans that you can do that are based on the fact that He has heard and answered your prayers. Before you prayed, you didn’t have God’s power or His permission to take action. But, after you prayed, you felt Him anoint you with power and wisdom for handling the issues that were confronting you. Ideas and concepts started coming into your mind as to how you could handle the situation. Faith filled your heart that empowered you to move forward with the ideas God gave you. The circumstances and events around you worked out miraculously so you were able to fulfill the plan with ease. It all worked together in a wonderful flow of God.

Let’s say you prayed for help with you financial problems.

Then God gave you an idea where you could start a company producing a product that was needed in the market place. You felt the power and encouragement of God to make the moves as you planned the strategy for putting it all together. You found people who were willing and capable of helping you with your idea. Most of your plans fell together in a miraculous way. Even those things that seemed to be resistive got worked out by the mighty power of God. God blessed and prospered your company and your financial needs are now being met. You and God worked together to bring about the answer to your needs. He provided the ideas, the power, the faith, the miracles in your circumstances, and the blessings in your finances. You did exactly what God wanted you to do, when God wanted you to do it, where He showed you to do it, how He instructed you, and you worked with the people He brought to you. That produced a supply in your life that was God ordained. You learned how to work WITH God.

Pray to Jesus that He will help you learn how to pray in faith and then act on the basis of that faith. Ask Him to help you listen for God’s instructions, wait for His power to follow the instructions, and then help you act on those instructions with faith, trust, and obedience. Ask Him to help you move in the directions He is leading you with complete dependency on His wisdom, leadership, and training.
