The reason heaven is such a wonderful place is because God’s way of life is being followed. Jesus and the Holy Spirit are trying to show us how to get the great principles that run heaven down here on earth. In the prayer Jesus gave us to pray, we are asking God to let His will be done on earth just like it is being done in heaven. The way God answers that for us is to make His perfect will available to us. Then all we have to do is yield to His will and the heavenly principles transform our life and circumstances. But, the only way we are going to yield to those heavenly principles that come through God’s will is to WANT them. That is what Jesus and the Holy Spirit are trying to do. They are setting you their perfect example of how they get and live our Father’s life. They do it by finding out what He wants and then yield to His power to live it.

The way God honors your free will is to only try to convince you of what is the best way of life.

Jesus and the Holy Spirit are doing all they can to help you see how great God’s way of living life is. The Bible is devoted to this same goal. God wants you to see all the benefits and then CHOOSE to accept as much of God and what He has to offer as you will. God has the power to make you do the right thing; but that would take you and your choices out of your life. The only way for you to be a free person is for God to limit His power and let you decide when, what, and how much of Him and His provisions you want.

Pray that God will help you be convinced of all He has to offer. Ask Him to help you see His greatness so clearly that you open up all the compartments of your heart and life and give them over to Him. Pray that He will walk with you through the rooms of your heart and convince you that His way of running that area of your life would be much better for you. Tell Him you want all He is and all He has working in all of you. Ask Him to help you open every area of your heart to Him as fast as is possible.
