We have all believed that the reason we were having physical, financial, emotional, relational, and personal problems were because of a human need or issue. None of us started out thinking that it was because of some spiritual need.

There are a lot of Christians trying to solve their problems in life by using systems they have been taught by humanists. It doesn’t become obvious to many people that all their problems have a spiritual origin. Since most humans struggle with this concept, you can’t expect people you are introducing into Christianity to understand this right away.

All your friends have to be shown how God’s type of love and God’s type of power is vital to success in any area. They all know people who seem to have reached the heights of financial success who don’t even acknowledge there is a God. It looks like there might be a few places where a person COULD succeed without any help from God.

When God heals you in an area of your heart, it stays healed. When God saves you from eternal damnation, you stay saved. When God heals an area of your relationships, you reap the benefits of that healing for the rest of your life.

When you win a trophy, you have to keep striving to win another one. When you make a lot of money, you have to keep working to make more. When something happens to make you happy, you need something else to happen so you can be happy again.

God gives you a joy that nothing can take away. The world always gives you temporary victories, successes, happiness, accomplishments, relationships, and benefits. You are progressing because the spiritual steps you took yesterday are still there. You are using them to take your next step up. The things of God last; the things of the world never do.

Go to Jesus and invite Him to help you see the difference between spiritual success and world success. Let the Holy Spirit show you why the world cannot satisfy the human heart. Let Him teach these things so well to you that people can see your spiritual confidence in God and all He has to offer.
