You aren’t a Christian because of great intellectual reasoning. Even if you started out that way, you don’t continue as a Christian because of convincing arguments. Sooner or later you are going to want some kind of benefits to come from being a Christian.

Christianity has to be better than joining a club, a training system, a society, or a sorority. The Bible promises too much for people to be satisfied with normal, average types of benefits. People are suffering too much to stick with Christianity, if they think they can get their needs met somewhere else.

Once a person fails to get their needs met, they will drop a program and look for another. Jesus is meeting your needs and He will meet the needs of the people around you. He literally is their only answer for getting their REAL needs met. People may start out with great resistance to spiritual concepts. But, you are experiencing supernatural help from a spiritual God.

As long as you KNOW your way of life is the only way, your friends will never see ANY doubt in your eyes. They may not accept Jesus’ help through you, but they never got the impression you weren’t sure about God being their only answer.

Many people will spend their whole lives trying one thing after another and never find the answer. The people who reject God’s help will try most everything out there and come to the end of their lives without the answers to life. But, it is important that you realize that God is their only answer. God is trying to help you see His greatness so you will KNOW that only He is able to give everyone life more abundantly.

Open your heart to the Holy Spirit and let Him show you why nothing else works. Ask Jesus to help you be receptive to the Holy Spirit’s training as He shows you the truth about God and His word. Thank God for the privilege of finding the only answer available on this planet.
